Jeff Teague inducted into Pike High School Hall of Fame

Pacers point guard Jeff Teague, a homegrown talent from Indianapolis, was inducted into the Pike High School Alumni Hall of Fame on Sunday, May 7th at a ceremony held at the school.

The top 30 high school students were celebrated, and then the two Hall of Fame inductees were honored.

Teague, who attended Pike from 2003-07, was inducted along with Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb. He just concluded his eighth season in the NBA, and his first with the Pacers.

Each year there are a few members added to the school’s hall of fame, which consists of approximately 25 individuals at this point.

Pike, located at 71st street on the north east side of Indy, has approximately 3,275 students.
