Reggie Miller shares new story from The Brawl

Reggie Miller, the Hall of Famer who spent all 18 years of his NBA career with the Indiana Pacers, is a great interview when he joins his friend Dan Patrick for a weekly segment.

The show — Dan and his Danettes — was on remote out in Hollywood for the week and so Miller came by the studio for several segments. It was really an enjoyable interview — but unfortunately the DP Show did not opt to post his entire appearance.

Among the items discussed on The Dan Patrick Show was the infamous Brawl of 2004 between the Pacers and Detroit Pistons. It was also the final season of Miller’s illustrious career with the franchise. Patrick, being the smart interviewer that that he is, asked Miller for new story — and 31 also provided a new tidbit about that team’s makeup.

Watch below:

Reggie, after being asked, said he believes with today’s NBA rules and both 30 years old, he would take Larry Bird over LeBron James. It’s a hypothetical scenario, but still a fun conversation to have.
